Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain consistent engagement with assigned Wurth USA clients, focusing on sales and inventory oversight.
  • Advocate for essential programs and systems such as ORSY, Vending, and Flushes & Fluids across the designated area.
  • Adjust your work schedule to ensure all clients are attended to, including those whose representatives are unavailable.
  • Facilitate major system sales, such as ORSY and Vending, through training sessions for sales representatives or directly to clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proficient in utilizing computer systems.
  • Understanding of the sales process.
  • Strong organizational skills for effective task management.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Capability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Trained in the use of computer systems.
  • Experience in product and sales training.
Proactively and professionally address customers' immediate needs.
