Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team and drive our growth on the West Coast, particularly in the LA, San Diego, and Palm Springs markets. As the first Senior Account Executive at Peak, you will play a critical role in building and owning your territory from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and close deals with high-end, full-service restaurants in your West Coast territory.
  • Collaborate closely with your Sales Development Representative (SDR) to maximize your pipeline and drive the full sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at restaurants.
  • Hire and manage your own market partner/SDR to assist with lead qualification, demo booking, and prospecting.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in SaaS sales with consistent success in a quota-carrying role.
  • Live in the market or market adjacent (LA, San Diego, Palm Springs, or nearby areas).
  • Want to be in the field, knocking on doors, and engaging in conversation with prospects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Market-building experience, with the ability to develop and expand a territory.
  • Field sales experience, particularly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A CEO mindset, taking ownership of your market as if it's your own business.
  • Restaurant experience, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry.
  • Restaurant tech sales experience, familiar with the tools and solutions used by high-end establishments.
