Credit Manager

**Job Summary**
The Credit Manager is a key member of the store team, reporting directly to the General Manager. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Store Operations: Assist the General Manager in managing store personnel, directing activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review store reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Cash Handling and Security: Maintain accurate cash handling procedures, ensuring the security of cash and assets.
- Marketing and Promotion: Assist in implementing marketing plans, promoting products and services to customers.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring products and services meet company expectations.
Requirements:
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, employees, and management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in POS systems and other technical tools.
- Education and Experience: Two years of experience in a retail or business environment, with a focus on customer service, account management, sales, and merchandising.
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting and Moving: Ability to lift, load, move, and use a dolly for merchandise.
- Standing and Walking: Prolonged standing and walking, with the ability to traverse multiple flights of stairs.
- Driving: Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
Working Conditions:
- Indoor and Outdoor Work: Ability to work in a variety of climates and weather conditions.
