Position Overview:

The Print Production Specialist at The UPS Store is tasked with delivering high-quality printing and graphic design solutions to clients. The Print Production Specialist will operate independently and report directly to the Document Services Manager.

Compensation & Benefits:
The hourly wage for this role is $12, with biweekly payments. Additional benefits include a comprehensive healthcare package, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and assist them with their printing requirements
  • Operate a variety of printing machinery including printers, copiers, and laminators
  • Accurately manage cash and credit transactions
  • Provide graphic design assistance, including the creation and modification of print materials
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of printing supplies and place orders as necessary
  • Ensure timely and accurate production of all print jobs
  • Communicate effectively with clients to collect necessary information and provide updates on their orders
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate to management when required
  • Keep the printing area tidy and well-organized
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or print production preferred
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with printing and finishing processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
