Store Operations

  • Upholds organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the upkeep of the entire store
  • Ensures floor care cleanliness standards, including the operation of cleaning equipment
  • Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following established principles
  • Adheres to Front End policies and procedures including transaction sequences and operational controls
  • Balances cash registers and/or cash office as necessary
  • Ensures returns are properly tagged and promptly returned to the sales floor

Merchandising

  • Maintains and supports merchandising standards
  • Adheres to merchandise and signage guidelines
  • Collaborates with the Merchandise Coordinator to create and sustain engaging displays
  • Ensures merchandise is accurately tagged, hung, secured, and coded
  • Initiates and engages in store recovery as needed

Loss Prevention & Safety

  • Supports and participates in initiatives aimed at reducing store shrinkage
  • Complies with operational and loss prevention guidelines according to company policies
  • Identifies and communicates potential safety concerns to management/loss prevention promptly
  • Avoids engaging in the pursuit or apprehension of shoplifters
  • Performs other assigned duties as necessary

This position offers a starting pay range of $13.50 to $14.00 per hour.
Actual starting pay is influenced by various factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
