In this position, you will act as ADP's primary point of contact for addressing client challenges, which includes troubleshooting, responding to inquiries, assisting clients, and training their personnel on ADP solutions. You will uphold ADP's reputation for service excellence and client satisfaction.

Your daily responsibilities will remain consistent – your primary objective is to support our clients with their Work Opportunity Tax Credit. However, each day will present unique challenges as the inquiries you receive will differ, along with the solutions you provide. The variety of questions will keep your work engaging, and our top-tier training will equip you for success.

To thrive in this role, you must possess a natural ability to connect with clients, fostering rapport, trust, and professionalism. Your communication, both verbal and written, should be clear and easily comprehensible for our clients, enabling them to take action. What to expect in your role:

  • Client Support: Assist clients in managing their operations using our solutions, which may involve troubleshooting payroll issues and collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Continuous Learning: Regularly enhance your knowledge and skills regarding tax credits, compliance, operational procedures, and support tools to maintain your ability to assist clients effectively.
  • Organization: Maintain a structured daily schedule to manage a high volume of incoming inquiries, particularly during peak periods.
  • Consultative Engagement: Proactively reach out to your assigned client base to discuss program performance and share best practices.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems knowledge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to prioritize client requests and engage with executives at client organizations.
  • Effective presentation skills in both small and large group settings.

A college degree is beneficial but not mandatory. What truly matters is possessing the skills necessary for the role.
