Position Overview

Science Systems and Applications, Inc. (SSAI) is looking for an Administrative Analyst to deliver essential support services.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including:

  • Assisting in the preparation and refinement of documents.
  • Coordinating visitor access and managing identification badges.
  • Overseeing laboratory scheduling and appointment logistics.
  • Managing procurement processes for office supplies.
  • Facilitating communication through phone, email, and network systems.
  • Handling publication oversight and distribution.
  • Coordinating office relocations and space utilization.
  • Scheduling conference rooms and managing related logistics.

Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Work Environment

This role requires on-site presence at the organization’s facility.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel.
  • Strong customer service skills to support team and management needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team setting.
  • Quick adaptability to new web-based tools and applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Permanent residency or U.S. citizenship is required.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with organizational processes and systems.
  • Experience with web content management is advantageous.
