This position is crucial for supporting all sales-related activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team to discover and evaluate new sales prospects.
  • Prepare and present precise and timely quotes and proposals for clients and potential clients.
  • Engage with vendors to gather pricing and product details to formulate quotes.
  • Follow up on leads and quotes to facilitate sales and finalize agreements.
  • Coordinate with our technical team to guarantee the prompt and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Respond to sales-related emails and phone inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support or a similar role within the technology sector, ideally with an MSP.
  • Proven experience in creating and delivering accurate quotes to clients and prospects.
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.

Education/Experience:

  • Two to three years of experience in a comparable role, or a combination of education and experience covering various aspects of the position.
  • Prior experience in a professional business setting.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced sales environment.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in proposal writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Aptitude for sales quoting and proposal software (e.g., QuoteWerks), and business management software, preferably Autotask (similar programs include ConnectWise, Remedy).
