  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with general contractors to fulfill material and supply requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Procurement and Sourcing: Source and procure materials and supplies as needed to support warehouse operations.
  • Financial Management: Create, track, and issue invoices to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local safety policies and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least five years of related experience required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
  • Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the warehouse.
  • Must be able to drive a vehicle.
