Position Summary
We are currently seeking qualified Armed Security Officers to ensure the safety and security of our designated facilities. The role involves a range of responsibilities aimed at maintaining a secure environment for all personnel and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage access control to the facility, ensuring that unauthorized individuals are prevented from entering.
  • Respond to emergencies and unusual situations, utilizing appropriate measures as per established protocols.
  • Foster a secure atmosphere by providing courteous and respectful interactions with all individuals on site.
  • Communicate effectively, offering information about the facility and surrounding areas as needed.
  • Monitor and control entrances and exits, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address any safety hazards or security breaches.
  • Document incidents and prepare reports as required, maintaining accurate logs of activities.
  • Respond to various emergencies, including medical situations and fire alarms, following established procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall security operations.

Qualifications

  • Must possess and maintain relevant state and local security licenses.
  • Experience in military or law enforcement roles is preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally across diverse groups.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and remain composed in high-pressure situations.

Working Conditions
