Requirements
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, managers, and colleagues.
