Overview:

Role Summary:
The Fulfillment Optimization (FO) team is at the forefront of automating and enhancing decision-making processes within this intricate network. We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our FO Finance team, providing crucial financial insights for fulfillment initiatives that influence multi-billion dollar decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Finance, to implement both immediate enhancements and long-term strategic initiatives within our fulfillment network and optimization software.
- Analyze data to quickly identify root causes of issues, guiding the business in understanding the financial implications of their decisions and developing new mechanisms as necessary.
- Work alongside finance leaders across Amazon to create and execute programs that deliver value.
- Present financial and operational outcomes to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related analytical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or analytics, or a Master’s degree (MBA or MS) with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills:
- MBA or CPA certification.
- Proficient in advanced Excel and SQL for data querying.
- Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access) or financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
- Over 6 years of experience in developing precise financial models and analyses that drive significant business outcomes.

Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the labor costs across various US markets. The base salary for this role ranges from $85,900 to $179,500, depending on market location and individual qualifications.
