Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Room Service Attendants to collaborate with our Housekeeping Management team in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a memorable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

As a Room Service Attendant, your primary duties will include:
  • Meticulously cleaning and preparing guest rooms, which involves making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and organizing amenities.
  • Changing and restocking bed linens, towels, and guest amenities.
  • Efficiently removing Room Service trays and dishes to designated areas.
  • Conducting deep cleaning tasks as required.
  • Restocking mini-bar items and coffee/tea supplies.
  • Maintaining the housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis.
  • Disposing of waste and recyclables responsibly.
  • Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns.
  • Providing turn-down service as necessary.
  • Communicating guest complaints and special requests to the appropriate staff.
  • Assisting Public Area Attendants as needed.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Experience in addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
  • A willingness to learn and collaborate with team members.
