The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing corporate financial planning and analytical initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct forecasting and reforecasting to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Generate financial statements, budgets, and cost assessments.
  • Analyze the financial performance of projects, departments, and SG&A for business stakeholders.
  • Support the identification of cost-reduction opportunities and operational efficiencies.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and offer insights and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver financial guidance.
  • Assist in the creation of financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and best practices in finance related to manufacturing or biotech.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, biotech, or a comparable industry.
  • Finance experience in a COGS environment is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is required.
  • Professional communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau) is advantageous.
