A Day in the Life:

Take ownership of internal communication processes, draft and refine customer-facing materials, and address content needs for team-managed channels. Formulate and execute strategies to boost engagement among internal audiences.

Excel in collaborating with business and technical partners, managing rapidly changing information, and converting it into clear, accessible content. Facilitate effective decision-making by gathering and synthesizing data from multiple sources.

Actively pursue enhancements, improvements, and tailored solutions.

About the Team:

The PXT3 Communications team plays a crucial role within the PXT Transformation Team (PXT3), focusing on L3+ PXT leaders in Global Operations. Our mission is to create an internal communications framework with a worldwide influence, delivering information and support to PXT leaders to enhance the performance of frontline operations personnel.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management
  • 3+ years of experience leading process improvement initiatives utilizing data and metrics
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookUps) and SQL
  • Experience in leveraging data to drive enhancements
  • Collaboration experience across both technical and non-technical functions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of comprehensive delivery oversight, including communication with senior leadership
  • 3+ years of experience in driving process improvements
  • Expertise in managing stakeholders across various organizational levels
  • Proficiency in process development, project management, and scheduling
