Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join our team at Sotomayor & Associates, LLP. The successful candidate will perform various clerical and administrative tasks in order to drive company success.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Sotomayor & Associates, LLP is a boutique firm providing specialized audit and tax engagements nationally and internationally. We offer CPE training and provide high-quality accounting services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Answer phone traffic and respond to emails
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or related fields
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
