Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Infrastructure Program Manager to oversee and enhance our technology infrastructure. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective operation of our network systems and aligning technology solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise technology infrastructure within a professional environment.
  • Must be adaptable to a professional culture.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in smaller organizations who can take a hands-on approach.
  • Experience working closely with high-level executives, providing premium support.
  • Balance high-level infrastructure management with detailed support tasks.
  • Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring adherence to performance standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Lead the organization’s cybersecurity initiatives, including conducting risk assessments and formulating mitigation strategies.
  • Effectively communicate IT strategies, performance metrics, and issues to senior management.
  • Develop, implement, and uphold IT policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency, compliance with regulations, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Adopt best practices to improve service delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between staff and IT service vendors for technology-related inquiries.
  • Provide training and support to employees to enhance their proficiency with technology tools.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Over 5 years of experience in IT service delivery.
  • Versatile skill set to support both team and management in a smaller organization.
  • Proven experience in managing third-party vendors.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Expertise in network administration and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to IT.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work onsite four days a week, with remote work on Fridays in a professional business setting.
