Position Title: Technical Program Manager

Overview: The Technical Program Manager will be tasked with the oversight and administration of our organization’s technology infrastructure, ensuring the efficient functioning of our network systems. The individual will also provide outstanding service to internal stakeholders while strategically managing our Technology Infrastructure to ensure compliance with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise technology infrastructure within a professional setting.
  • Must be adaptable to a professional culture.
  • Preference for candidates from smaller organizations who can engage in hands-on tasks.
  • Experience in providing high-level support to executives is essential.
  • Ability to manage infrastructure issues while delivering premium support.
  • Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring adherence to performance and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Lead the organization’s cybersecurity initiatives, including conducting risk assessments and formulating mitigation strategies.
  • Effectively communicate with senior management regarding IT strategies, performance metrics, and challenges.
  • Develop, implement, and uphold IT policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Adopt best practices to improve service delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and the IT services vendor for any IT-related inquiries.
  • Provide training and support to employees to enhance their proficiency with the organization’s technology tools.
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service delivery.
  • Versatile skill set to support both team and management in a smaller organization.
  • Proven experience in managing third-party vendors.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Expertise in best practices for network administration and cybersecurity.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to IT.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and excel in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work onsite four days a week, with remote work on Fridays in a professional business context.
