  • Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Implement best practices to improve service delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and IT service vendors for any technology-related inquiries.
  • Provide training and support to employees to enhance their proficiency with technology tools.
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service delivery.
  • Versatile skill set to support both team and management in a smaller organization.
  • Proven experience in managing third-party vendor relationships.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Expertise in network administration and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements pertinent to IT.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal oversight in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work onsite four days a week, with remote work on Fridays in a professional setting.
