Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Storage Unit Inspections: Conduct daily inspections of storage units to ensure they are clean, secure, and ready for rental.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash drawers and make bank deposits, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding payment reminders, collections, and other important matters.
  • Facility Maintenance: Perform daily maintenance tasks, including cleaning and upkeep of interior and exterior areas.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is required.
  • Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for traveling between work locations and conducting other work-related business.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, walk in/outdoors, and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
