Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to join our team at Public Storage. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our self-storage facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability, and make recommendations to customers on storage solutions.
- Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Assist customers with payment reminders and collections, as needed.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a retail or service-based environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between work locations and conduct other work-related business.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds, and spend up to 50% of time in outdoor environments.
