Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers.   • Participate in ongoing training to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer management software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of active listening techniques
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
