Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage the daily functions of the branch while fostering a supportive atmosphere for our team, clients, temporary staff, and applicants. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, inspiring, and training internal team members to achieve their best.
  • Attaining branch objectives through the strategic development and implementation of the business plan.
  • Designing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy using diverse resources.
  • Building and nurturing client relationships to enhance service delivery.
  • Promoting The Reserve Network's complete suite of services to both new and existing clients.
  • Overseeing the branch's financial performance, including reporting on sales and operational metrics.
  • Providing hands-on support in daily branch operations, including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and maintaining the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and hiring processes.
  • Adapting to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct management experience with profit and loss accountability.
  • Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
  • Background in recruiting, human resources, or customer service is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Willingness to learn our staffing and recruiting software.
