We are looking for a driven and skilled Car Wash Operations Leader to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will manage the daily functions of our car wash facility, ensuring that our clientele receives outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of car wash staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Educate new employees on car washing methods, customer interaction, and safety measures.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections pre- and post-wash to maintain quality assurance.
  • Oversee the inventory of cleaning materials and equipment.
