Regional Development Manager

About the Role:
The National Fire Sprinkler Association (NFSA) is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Coordinator to join our team in the New England area. As a key member of our regional team, you will be responsible for executing NFSA's mission within this area by fostering positive relationships with association members, ensuring their satisfaction, and enhancing engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Member Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to improve member experiences, engage members in association activities, and retain membership.
- Event Planning: Organize and coordinate membership events, ensuring they align with the association's goals and objectives.
- Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between members, local chapters, and the Area Directors, and collaborate to meet the association's objectives.
- Government Relations: Involvement in promoting the association's interests in government relations.
- Regional Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for regional growth and development, aligning with NFSA's strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in member relations, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software like Dynamics 365 or demonstrated ability to adapt to new technology.
- Project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
