Workday, Inc. is seeking a Regional Demand Manager to join our Revenue Operations Demand Management team

We are looking for a skilled professional to develop integrated Demand Plans aligned to go-to-market priorities. You will work closely with internal partners from marketing, customer success, and field sales to create and monitor regional demand plans. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales leadership to create Sales Unit Demand Plans and drive outbound sales pipeline generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of go-to-market models and demand plan alignment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and monitor regional demand plans
  • Work with sales leadership to create Sales Unit Demand Plans and drive outbound sales pipeline generation
  • Provide business consultation and strategic thinking to drive business growth
  • Utilize data analysis and problem-solving skills to drive business decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand planning and sales strategy

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of B2B sales and/or marketing program management experience
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt communication to different audiences
  • Experience with project management and sales/market automation tools
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and sales analytics software

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $109,400 USD - $164,200 USD
