Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Position: Quality Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee quality assurance frameworks.
- Lead a team of quality assurance professionals.
- Perform root cause investigations for product defects.
- Set quality benchmarks and standards for production operations.
- Execute Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
- Conduct periodic audits to verify adherence to industry regulations.
- Evaluate quality performance indicators and spearhead improvement projects.
- Collaborate with external quality assessors and clients.
- Engage with suppliers to enhance quality measures.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years in quality engineering roles.
- ASQ certification as a Software Quality Engineer.
- Familiarity with standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 2015.
- Preferred experience in aerospace and automotive sectors.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Leadership and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
