Keller Warehousing & Co-Packing is an asset-based third party logistics (3PL) provider headquartered in Defiance, Ohio. We are seeking a skilled 3PL Account Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for managing existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in solution selling, with a strong understanding of logistics services, warehousing, and transportation. They will be able to utilize strategic solution selling techniques to increase market share, ensure revenue achievement, and customer satisfaction and retention.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop new business opportunities through extensive territory management, research, prospecting, and business relationships.

**Requirements:**

  • High bias for action, self-motivated.
  • Strong negotiation skills, understanding the art of the sale.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the value of new business opportunities to engage internal colleagues, and secure resources necessary to capitalize on new opportunities.

**Compensation:** $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
