Logistics Sales Executive

About Lonestar Trade LLC
As a dynamic and growing third-party logistics provider, we specialize in e-commerce at Thrive 3PL. We're expanding our capabilities and seeking a talented sales professional with diverse logistics experience to join our team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in our growth and success. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities in the logistics sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, particularly in specialty retail and international logistics.
- Utilize GoHighLevel CRM to manage sales activities, track leads, and report on sales performance.
- Represent Thrive 3PL at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content and manage the company's online presence to attract new clients.
- Present tailored logistics solutions to clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or 3PL industry.
- Diverse logistics experience, including retail logistics, international shipping, or supply chain management.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tech-savvy with an understanding of CRM systems, client portals, and automation tools.
- Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure and motivated to achieve high earnings.
Compensation: This role offers a competitive commission-based compensation structure with the potential for high earnings based on performance. Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
