As a dynamic and growing third-party logistics provider, we specialize in e-commerce at Thrive 3PL. We're expanding our capabilities and seeking a talented sales professional with diverse logistics experience to join our team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in our growth and success. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities in the logistics sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, particularly in specialty retail and international logistics.
  • Utilize GoHighLevel CRM to manage sales activities, track leads, and report on sales performance.
  • Represent Thrive 3PL at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create content and manage the company's online presence to attract new clients.
  • Present tailored logistics solutions to clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or 3PL industry.
  • Diverse logistics experience, including retail logistics, international shipping, or supply chain management.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Tech-savvy with an understanding of CRM systems, client portals, and automation tools.
  • Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure and motivated to achieve high earnings.

Compensation: This role offers a competitive commission-based compensation structure with the potential for high earnings based on performance. Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
