Technical Account Executive

Raptor Technologies is seeking a talented Technical Account Executive to join our team in the United States. As a Technical Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role:This is a senior-level role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales. You will work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a technology-related field and at least 5-7 years of technical sales experience. You should be proficient in explaining complex technical products to non-technical audiences and have excellent organizational skills.
We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including remote work options, flexible paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth through technical expertise and exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including CTOs and IT leaders
- Travel as needed to visit clients on site
