Position: Field Sales Executive
Reports to: Analytical and Combustion Systems
About the Role:
Preferred Utilities Manufacturing Corporation is a prominent manufacturer of combustion solutions, seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive to foster relationships within the industrial and commercial sectors. This role will primarily focus on the greater New York City area, requiring a candidate with a solid educational background and experience in the boiler industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture connections with engineering consultants and firms.
- Engage in projects from the design phase to ensure specifications align with company offerings.
- Influence and guide project specifications and documentation.
- Drive initiatives aimed at sales growth.
- Analyze engineered drawings to comprehend specifications, enabling accurate quotes and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the internal administrative and project management teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Creative and hands-on approach with strong mechanical aptitude.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
Compensation: The compensation package includes a competitive salary complemented by performance-based bonuses. A company vehicle is provided for business and personal use. The benefits package encompasses health insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, paid vacation, and holidays.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
