In this role, you will cultivate and enhance sales of Cabinetworks Group products within designated retail locations, aiming to achieve and surpass sales targets and growth metrics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish and nurture business relationships with retail staff to drive sales and growth.
  • Conduct regular visits to retail locations as deemed necessary by management.
  • Encourage retail staff to recommend Cabinetworks Group products to their customers.
  • Provide training and support to retail personnel, educating them on our product offerings and marketing initiatives both in-store and off-site.
  • Proactively address any product, warranty, or service concerns, ensuring effective communication of resolutions among all stakeholders.
  • Maintain and refresh product displays in showrooms.
  • Analyze sales data and develop tactical and strategic plans to meet or exceed objectives.
  • Review budgetary allocations and prepare quarterly business plans for accounts.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree or 8 years of relevant sales experience with a minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to resolve conflicts involving sensitive or complex matters.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with external clients.
  • Demonstrated success in fostering positive partnerships and collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Strong project management and budgeting skills with a focus on deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, including multitasking and prioritizing workloads.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively without constant supervision.
  • Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory and quarterly beyond it.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5 years of experience in retail sales or the building materials industry.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze sales reports.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with in-store designers.
