About the Role

As an Industrial Account Executive at Tradesmen International, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion in the Major Accounts/Industrial sector. Your primary responsibility will be to obtain orders or contracts for Tradesmen's services, leveraging your expertise to educate contractors about the value proposition of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Locate and acquire new business opportunities in the industrial sector
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships to increase the usage of Tradesmen International's services and workforce
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate targeted accounts and radiate sales from within the client base
  • Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth
  • Collaborate with field employees to drive client satisfaction and resolve customer requests
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and field employees
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven mentality
  • Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems
  • Experience in cold calling, canvassing, and generating new business leads
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
