Position Details:

Location: Philadelphia
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time, Benefit Eligible

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth within a specified territory.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory growth.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of the organization’s policies, procedures, and offerings.
  • Engage with both new and existing clients to expand business through upselling and referrals.
  • Demonstrate products and assist clients in understanding their applications.
  • Promote safety, compliance, and quality assurance in all activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past three years.
  • Prior experience in outside sales or service roles.
  • At least two years of experience in sales or services within the healthcare sector.
  • Ability to analyze market potential and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Understanding of the sales process and effective selling techniques.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to resolve client issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in outside sales or service within the medical industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing.
