Key Responsibilities- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate team member.
- Assist the Franchise Owner with daily tasks, including contacting customers, labeling and mailing marketing materials, and delivering orders as needed.
- Support in-store marketing initiatives, including posting flyers and promotional materials.
- Process daily reconciliations, process mail, and post payments.
- Assist with scheduling installations and quality control checks.
- Manage social media presence, posting at least three times a week and responding to reviews.
- Maintain store appearance by performing daily cleaning tasks.
