Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our Aggregate Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales orders, and coordinating aggregate sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound sales calls and customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses.
- Coordinate sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Assist in maintaining sales databases, including customer profiles and pipeline management.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth customer transactions.
- Assist with customer contact, including phone and email correspondence.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in an office administration or customer service role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to quickly learn industry-specific software programs.
