Operations Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our warehouse team. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for performing general administrative tasks, including running various reports, maintaining customer information, and ensuring branch compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run reports to track inventory and customer information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Assist with tasks to ensure branch compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct inventory procedures to ensure accurate stock levels
- Review return authorization and credit memo forms to ensure proper processing

Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent required
- 1 year of operational or administrative experience preferred
- 1 year of customer service and internal sales experience preferred
- General computer skills required
