Requirements:
- Proven understanding of clerical procedures and systems, including recordkeeping and filing.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative within the scope of work.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Software Suite.
- Meticulous and thorough approach to tasks.
- Ability to anticipate departmental needs and complete tasks efficiently.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Initiative-taking analytical skills.
- Professional attitude and demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience in the mental health field.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- BS or BA degree in business office administration or related field preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Must clear all background checks and prehire testing.
