  • Support the Summer JETS intake process, scheduling, and timekeeping for participants.
  • Collaborate in DSP orientation and training.
  • Procure supplies and manage purchases for school needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven understanding of clerical procedures and systems, including recordkeeping and filing.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative within the scope of work.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Software Suite.
  • Meticulous and thorough approach to tasks.
  • Ability to anticipate departmental needs and complete tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of administrative experience in the mental health field.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • BS or BA degree in business office administration or related field preferred.
