About the Position

IDC Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Sales Growth Strategist to lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

Job Description

The Sales Growth Strategist will be responsible for owning and evolving the company's strategic planning process, shaping the company's strategy through industry knowledge and expertise, and contributing innovative thinking and insights to portfolio and market expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning and evolving the company's strategic planning process
  • Shaping the company's strategy through industry knowledge and expertise
  • Contributing innovative thinking and insights to portfolio and market expansion opportunities
  • Partnering with the COO to operationalize long-term growth strategy
  • Driving inorganic growth activities through M&A process

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a closely related field. They should also have 10-15 years of relevant experience, 10-15 years of management experience, and technical/functional sales support experience.

Estimated Salary

$160,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
