Executive Vice President of Sales

We are seeking an Executive Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this senior leadership position requires strong strategic planning, leadership, and communication skills. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's direction and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and manage high-performing sales teams to drive business growth.
- Partner with the COO to operationalize IDC's long-term growth strategy.
- Identify and pursue inorganic growth opportunities, such as M&A and partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University in Business Administration or related field.
- 10-15 years' relevant experience, including 10-15 years' management experience.
- Strong technical/functional sales support experience.
Salary Estimate: $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
