Overview

The Subacute Director of Nursing is a registered nurse responsible for managing all nursing functions within the subacute unit. This role requires leadership skills, as the director supervises and evaluates staff, ensures patient care needs are met, and adheres to hospital policies. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in nursing supervision, preferably in a subacute setting. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is preferred. We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated annual salary of $150,000 - $200,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities
