About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Sales to join our team at IDC Logistics, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans, driving revenue targets and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy
  • Own and evolve iDC's strategic planning process, partnering with the CEO and COO to drive business growth
  • Shape iDC's strategy by leveraging industry knowledge, experiences, and subject matter expertise
  • Inorganic Growth
  • Drive inorganic growth activities through M&A, partnerships, licensing agreements, joint ventures, and alliances
  • Team Leadership
  • Partner with the COO to operationalize iDC's long-term growth strategy, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and accountability
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 10-15 years' relevant experience, including management and technical sales support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a flexible and proactive approach

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
