Soleil Academy Charter School is seeking a highly qualified Academic Director to lead its instructional programs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving academic achievement and leading data-driven instructional decisions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading curriculum development and implementation
  • Modeling high-quality instructional strategies and providing feedback to teachers
  • Conducting evaluations and coaching teachers to support professional growth
  • Leading grade level teams and facilitating data dives to inform instruction
  • Overseeing RTI and MAP assessment administration

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in urban education with a history of significant gains in scholar performance
  • Valid Clear California multiple-subject credential and English Learner Authorization
  • Strong commitment to Soleil Academy's mission and vision
  • Results-driven educational leader with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Estimated salary for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision plan options at 100% premium coverage for individual employees and at least 60% towards family plan premiums.
