**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our manufacturing operations at PL Developments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities in filling and secondary packaging, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and driving operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and quality
  • Manage daily/monthly production goals and operational attainment
  • Identify capital expenditure opportunities to match production plans
  • Generate and manage SOPs for pharmaceutical operations
  • Monitor key performance indicators to track and improve operational performance

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required
  • 5+ years of management experience in a regulated industry (food/pharmaceutical)
  • In-depth knowledge of cGMP and other applicable regulatory requirements
  • Purchasing, scheduling, and QA/QC functional experience preferred
  • Knowledge of liquid filling, tablet filling, and secondary packaging preferred

**Benefits:**
