Director of Revenue Growth

iDC Logistics, Inc. is seeking a results-driven sales leader to join our senior leadership team as our Vice President of Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams. You will be responsible for owning and evolving iDC's strategic planning process and partnering with our COO to operationalize iDC's long-term growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Own and evolve iDC's strategic planning process
- Partner with COO to operationalize iDC's long-term growth strategy
- Drive inorganic growth activities through M&A process
Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional who has a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a closely related field. You should have at least 10-15 years of relevant experience and 10-15 years of management experience. Additionally, you should have technical/functional sales support experience and exposure to financial or commodity trading businesses and products.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. We also provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
