Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Compensation starting at $18.50, based on experience
  • Ambitious with a desire to progress within the company
  • Exhibit a positive and winning mindset
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Efficiently manage transactions using point of sale systems, ensuring accuracy in patient accounts
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with proficiency in computer usage
  • A minimum of one year of sales experience is preferred
  • Engage in marketing and sales initiatives to attract new patients
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Educate patients about wellness services and offerings
  • Share personal experiences related to Chiropractic care
  • Collaborate effectively in a dynamic and enjoyable work environment
  • Strong customer service focus with effective communication skills
  • Organize patient flow within the clinic efficiently

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to members and patients.
  • The primary role of the Wellness Coordinator is to drive membership sales to achieve targets.
  • Welcome members and patients upon their arrival and check them in for appointments.
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries.
  • Reconnect with inactive members.
  • Stay informed about membership options, packages, and promotional offers.
  • Support team objectives and foster positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the clinic.
  • Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages.
  • Keep management informed of member feedback and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Accept constructive feedback positively and utilize it for personal growth.
  • Experience in office management or marketing is advantageous (this role does not involve management of other staff).
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
