Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere at our office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Provide information and assistance to clients, employees, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of visitors, calls, and messages.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
