Position Title: Bilingual Banking Specialist - Spanish

Location: Remote

Compensation: $24-$26/hr. on W2

Role Summary:

This position is pivotal in connecting clients with a wide array of financial solutions that our organization provides to help them achieve their monetary objectives in a virtual setting. As a Bilingual Banking Specialist, you will expertly balance service inquiries and sales opportunities, while understanding and addressing the financial aspirations of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to cultivate and strengthen relationships by identifying their financial needs and recommending suitable products and services.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns, crafting tailored solutions to enhance their banking experience.
  • Promote and fulfill various banking products, including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, and loans.
  • Recognize client needs for specialized sales functions and refer them to appropriate partners.
  • Provide accurate quotes for rates, terms, and programs related to banking solutions.
  • Mitigate risks in all business transactions by utilizing available resources and tools.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in financial services.
  • Experience in sales, including cross-selling and upselling.
  • Previous work in an inbound or outbound contact center environment.
  • Experience as a Personal Banker managing a high volume of clients.
