Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust loan sales pipeline by building relationships with mortgage brokers and bankers.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand customer relationships and contribute to the company's success.
  • Maintain daily workflow prioritization and communication to ensure timely closings and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analyze and prequalify applicants to determine eligibility for desired loan programs.
  • Effectively communicate product terms and features to brokers and bankers.
  • Ensure borrowers sign all required documents and gather initial documentation based on selected loan programs.
  • Perform special projects and additional duties as required.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent; or high school diploma plus two years of experience in the functional area.
  • Working knowledge of Non-QM products.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skills and experience within the mortgage market, including loan origination functions and broker experience using Encompass loan origination software.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office 365 and HubSpot CRM.
  • Prior experience working in a high-volume call center environment, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Proven ability to successfully revitalize dormant leads through cold calling.
  • Knowledge of underwriting and/or closing procedures and regulations.
  • Willingness to pursue continuing education and certifications to advance in the organization.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a salary of $32,000 draw plus uncapped commission, with the draw being non-recoverable. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as financial wellness planning and coaching, counseling support services, paid parental leave, pet insurance, and a 401K match.
