The Product Engineer will serve as the primary technical liaison between the manufacturing team and customers, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of product requirements. This role involves gathering customer feedback, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing processes with customer expectations, resulting in successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to finalize manufacturing documentation, ensuring approval for production qualification, and optimizing component design for cost-effective production.
  • Address and resolve manufacturing challenges, including inspection and testing issues, by initiating corrective actions.
  • Define equipment specifications, enhance manufacturing techniques, and integrate new process equipment while coordinating with design teams.
  • Evaluate engineering changes, liaise with production planning and engineering, and suggest improvements for product quality and procedures.
  • Provide advisory support for production analysis, compile data, prepare technical assessments, and recommend methods to meet design objectives for new/improved products.
Requirements:
  • Blueprint interpreting and technical writing skills.
